Having worked in the live event industry for over twenty years, my colleges and I have amassed a wealth of experience in the technical, logistical and financial areas of production management as well as the oft forgotten client management and liaison.

It is too easy to promise the world, when the world is not required to make an event successful. Part of production management is knowing when to advise a client that, although pretty much anything is possible, it is not always beneficial to put more icing on top of a cake, when the icing that is already there is beautifully crafted and professionally executed in a way that also doesn’t break the bank.
